Waltershausen (Boulle) furniture includes a five piece parlor set with a Gothic sofa, three side chairs and large arm chair having cut-out backs and all upholstered in blue cut velvet with gold background, a fine unusual desk with drop front having a long drawer above and smaller drawers below with an interior of green paper having small cubby holes on four turned legs and a marble turtle top marble table on four straight legs. Accessories include a great ormolu hat stand with circular and half-circle shelves for attachment to shelves with long mirror on back, an ormolu three-part corner stand with metal-like shelves trimmed in ormolu and three rope-like legs posts, a round ormolu table with three curved legs all with impressed design, a soft metal table lamp with hanging beads from frame and an electric light bulb and white Bristol shade and four ormolu frames with prints; two oval and two rectangle. SIZE: Hat stand is 7″ t. PROVENANCE: From the Estate of Geraldine Gaba, Scottsdale, AZ. CONDITION: Good to very good.
