Three fold screen has naturalistic carved wood frame with three painted panels of a mermaid amongst aquatic life including fish, seahorses and aquatic plant life. Painting in the style of Howard Chandler Christy. Overall green/blue background. Painting is signed “Wm. C. Ostrander 1926”. Back side with a colorful mottled decoration.
