*FINE AYA MODEL 2 DBL BBL SHOTGUN. Cal. 410. SN 539846. Beautiful early dbl with 26-1/8″ bbls with screw chokes having been added. It has smooth concave tapered rib with sgl bead, dbl chopper lumps, ejectors & dbl triggers. Rib is marked with maker’s name & address & left bbl is marked “W.L. MOORE. AGOURA CA.” Receiver has hand detachable sidelocks with gold line cocked indicators. It has full coverage foliate arabesque pattern engraving with a rosette around cocked indicator & a large rosette with flower blossom around hinge pin. It has right hand trigger guard & top tang has “S” in gold. Mounted in nicely figured walnut with checkered semi-beavertail forearm & straight stock with raised teardrop side panels, 14-7/16″ over a checkered butt. Accompanied by three chokes: IMP-CYL, MOD & FULL. Drop at heel: 2-1/4″, drop at comb: 1-3/8″. Weight: 5 lbs. 7.04 oz. CONDITION: Extremely fine, as new. May be unfired. Retains virtually all of its orig factory finish to both metal & wood. Wood has one or two minor very light handling & storage marks.
