TWO GEORG JENSEN COMPOTES. 1) 5-1/4″ compote has round tapering bowl supported by leaf stocks on a stepped round base. All with a hand hammered finish. The base is marked “Sterling Denmark 17B” with three Georg Jensen touch marks. 2) 4″ compote similar in design to the above compote. Marked on the base with same marks as above except “17A” rather than “17B”. Total weight is 15 troy ounces. No monograms. PROVENANCE: From a fine Augusta, Maine Estate. CONDITION: Both have small minor dents to rim, otherwise very good. 5-66821 (1,000-1,500)
