This is all on a rolling base, topped with partial roof with brass tag with inventor’s information. Drum has hinged door for interior access. SIZE: 12″ l. x 12″ t. x 8″ d. CONDITION: One roof panel is missing, latch for drum door is missing, repair to front axle with possibly replaced wheels, otherwise very good and working. 1-1315 (1,000-2,000)
