GEORGE BAKER & CO. 19 1/2″ CYLINDER MUSIC BOX. 8-tune music box with beautiful burled veneers with border inlay. Case has been restored, a new lid with original veneers has been patched as necessary, and nicely refinished. Repaired splits to veneer on top lid. Ornate cast brass handles, possibly siler-plated, no tune card. Includes appropriately sized, but not matching table. SIZE: Case: 37″ l. x 10 1/2″ h. x 15″ d.; table: 54″ w. x 29″ h. x 22″ d. CONDITION: Beautiful rich tone. Nice restoration, needs some damper regulation, retains original decal under glass cover. Powerful 2-spring drive mechanism. 8-87155 (7,500-9,500)
