EARLY SIMON & HALBIG DOLL. Pretty open mouth doll with four upper teeth and blue glass sleep eyes, incised “S14 H 939″, on an early straight wrist wood and composition body with original finish, wearing a beautiful antique blond mohair wig with bangs and a remade brown taffeta costume with pleated silk print center panel and trimmed sleeves. SIZE: 23-1/2” (59cm). CONDITION: Head is very good. Damage to torso with cave-ins on front and back with splits on both sides. There is no wax present on upper eyelids. 1-11278 (250-350)
