CHARLES HENRY DEMUTH (American, 1883-1935) TULIPS IN STYLIZED SETTING. Signed and dated bottom left. Watercolor on paper shows a shallow vase with inside flower frog holding four red tulips with leaves. Sides have brown coloring reminiscent of a curtain in a window. Housed in a fine gilt ribbed replacement frame with white mat. NOTE: Daniel Gallery letter invoice dated 1924 accompanies lot with title and artist.
