FRAMED RARE PARKER ADVERTISING POSTER. Artist Bert Sharkey’s 1921 Parker poster with image of two squirrels on a limb with oak leaves falling around them. Top of poster is imprinted, “THE OLD RELIABLE PARKER GUN” & bottom is imprinted, ‘”PARKER BROS., / MERIDEN, CONN., / NEW YORK OFFICE 32 WARREN STREET.” Printed & signed by “Dunston of Dunkirk”. Beautifully dbl matted, framed & archive mounted. Exposed vertical image 24″ x 16″. Frame size is 33-1/2″ x 25-1/8″. CONDITION: Very fine. There are several small wrinkles, not affecting main image & three small losses near top, again, not affecting main image. Colors are vivid & bright & there are a couple of small nicks with some minor soiling. 4-59117 JR523 (4,000-6,000)
