*SCARCE PARKER VHE GRADE DBL BBL SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 ga. SN 241948. Very late Parker built on a rare 1/2 frame with 28″ unmarked bbls choked MOD/IMP-CYL with tapered concave matted rib, dbl beads, doll’s head extension, ejectors & Parker sgl selective trigger. Bbl flats are marked “FULL” / “MOD” Receiver has light border patterns only. Mounted with very nicely figured flame grain American walnut with checkered splinter forearm & pistol grip stock, 14-1/8″ over a Parker dog’s head hard rubber buttplate. Drop at the heel: 2-3/16″, drop at the comb: 1-1/2″. Bore restrictions: left – .021, right – .010. Wall thickness: left – .035, right – .032. Bore diameter: left – .708, right – .719. Weight: 7 lbs. 1.92 oz. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Bbls retain about 98-99% strong orig blue with a couple tiny dings in right side. Receiver retains most of its orig case colors, strong & bright in sheltered areas, faded on bottom & turning silver on edges. Trigger guard retains most of its orig blue.
