COLT MODEL 1860 ARMY PERCUSSION REVOLVER. Cal. 44. SN 35921. Blue and cased colored with 8″ rnd bbl, German silver front sight, iron back strap & brass trigger guard with 1-piece walnut grips. It has 3-screw frame cut for shoulder stock with a flat head hammer screw. CONDITION: Good to very good, all matching including the wedge, all the iron retains an even gray/brown artificially aged patina. There is some fine pitting on the forcing cone end of the bbl with some light dings around the wedge slot. The frame has vice marks on both sides. The grips have a filled spot on the right side, have chipped toes and retain most of an old refinish. Mechanics are fine, strong bore with moderate pitting.
