*PARKER GHE GRADE DBL BBL SKEET GUN. Cal. 12 ga. SN 236989. Fine late skeet gun built on a scarce 1-1/2 frame with 26″ Parker special steel bbls choked SKEET IN/SKEET OUT with tapered concave matted rib, dbl ivory beads, doll’s head extension, ejectors & Parker sgl selective trigger. Mounted with nicely figured, American walnut with long, checkered beavertail forearm & straight stock, 14-1/8″ over a checkered butt. It has a silver initial shield inscribed “M”. Receiver is engraved with typical “G” patterns with vignettes of two flying geese on left side, two quail on right side & two pheasants on trigger plate, surrounded with light arabesque patterns. Drop at the heel: 2″, drop at the comb: 1-3/8″. Bore restrictions: left – .012, right – .005. Wall thickness: left – .029, right – .026. Bore diameter: left – .717, right – .727. Weight: 7 lbs. 5.76 oz. CONDITION: Very fine plus. Bbls retain about 98% strong bright orig blue & receiver about 95% orig case colors, strong & bright over most of the receiver with slightly thinned bottom edges.
