ART NOUVEAU SHELL LAMP. Fantastic Art Nouveau lamp has silver-plated base with figure of woman with long flowing hair and gown. One hand holds a natural seashell lampshade which is fitted with seven chunk jewels, four opalescent and three green. Other hand holds a small green iridescent glass ball. Lamp is attributed to Gustav Gerchner and is finished at bottom with black marble foot. SIZE: 22” t. CONDITION: Small crack at ankle of maiden believed to have been done in mfg., three small holes in back of shell shade. 9-71110 (5,000-7,000)
