EARLY-MID 20TH CENTURY DOLL’S HOUSE. Large unfurnished two-story doll house with cross-peaked roof, bay windows, and front porch. Access is gained by removing roof and first floor is accessed by removing second story. Painted in beige and brown with faux block foundation and high peak shingled roof. Interior reveals three large asymmetrical rooms on the first floor (plus porch) and four rooms on the second floor. All rooms papered alike in plain white on the first floor with second floor having a blue flowered paper motif. Purported to have belonged to Ann Wyeth McCoy of the renowned artist’s family. SIZE: 46″ l x 26″ w x33″ h. Rooms measure 10″ on first floor and 9″ h on second. CONDITION: Generally fair to good. Windows lacking glass, interior shows water staining and paper loss, wear, and a couple areas that appear to have saw cuts on the roof. 1-11415 (800-1,200)
