SIMON & HALBIG 1159 LADY DOLL. Simon & Halbig produced some of the finest, most sought after dolls. This particular doll is on a “lady body” which gives her longer legs and an elongated thinner torso with molded breasts. Fine bisque with blue glass eyes (need to be set) and molded expressive eyebrows. She is dressed in antique clothing and was obviously made for the French market. Soles of shoes are marked “DEPOSE” with a lady impressed and a “NADAUD” sticker on both shoes. She also has her original blond mohair wig with cardboard pate. Fine quality bisque rear of head is marked “1159 SIMON & HALBIG 7”. SIZE: 20″ t. CONDITION: Bisque appears to be free of damage.
