*BALTIMORE ARMS CO. DBL BBL SHOTGUN. Cal. 16 ga. SN 5102. Fine little boxlock shotgun with 28″ bbls choked FULL/FULL with raised tapered matted rib with single bead, single lump with an odd shaped cut-out in the bbl extension, extractors & dbl triggers. The receiver is completely unadorned with only the maker’s name on the floorplate. It is mounted in straight grain walnut wood with coarse checkered splinter forearm with black wedge insert and slim round knob pistol grip stock, 14″ over the orig serrated hard rubber buttplate. Bore restrictions: left – .024, right – .028. Drop at the heel 2-3/4″, drop at the comb 1-1/2″. CONDITION: Bbls retain about all of their bright blue with scattered spots of light surface rust and the receiver about 94-95% brilliant case colors. Wood is sound and retains about all of a fine varnish finish that may be an old redo with one or two light nicks & scratches and a chipped toe on the buttplate.
