MARTIALLY MARKED COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY REVOLVER. Cal. 45 Colt. SN 119515. Martial Colt in Cavalry style with 7-1/2” bbl, “U.S.” on the left side of the frame and 1-pc wood grips. It is accompanied by a reproduction modern case. CONDITION: All matching, including bbl and cylinder. Bbl with modified front sight, possibly and old replacement although properly marked, retains most of an old cold blue finish. Receiver has traces of case colors in the sheltered areas being mostly a polished and clean gray. Receiver has been filed and polished around bbl area. Grips are worn and chipped with a large chunk broken from the right toe, but is present. Replaced cylinder pin screw. Bright shiny bore, lockbolt is missing. 4-49699 (800-1,200)
