*L.C. SMITH FEATHERWEIGHT FIELD GRADE DBL BBL SHOTGUN. Cal. 410. SN FW120970. Hunter Arms field grade with 28″ bbls choked FULL/IMP-MOD with raised matted rib, single bead, rib extension, with extractors & dbl triggers. The receiver is undecorated with only the maker’s name on each sidelock. It has straight grain walnut wood with checkered splinter forearm and capped semi-pistol grip stock, 14″ over a serrated hard rubber buttplate. Bore restrictions: left – .017, right – .009. Drop at the heel 2-5/8″, drop at the comb 1-1/2″. Weight: 5 lb 12.9 oz. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbls retain about 98% of a fine professionally restored finish. Receiver and lockplates retain most of their orig case colors, slightly muted on the top and front part of the receiver. Strong and bright in the sheltered areas and lockplates. Wood is sound and retains most of its orig finish that has begun to crackle. There is a tiny chipped toe on the buttplate. Good mechanics, bright shiny bores. 4-54873 JR193 (3,500-5,000)
