FANCY GOTTSCHALK RED ROOF DOLLS’ HOUSE. Exterior of the house has been repainted, but the original structure remains intact. It has a light olive green facade with dark aqua and cream paint. There are cardboard mullions in the windows and doors. The front of the house has three balconies with fancy columns and railing. The house opens from the front to expose six rooms. The wallpapers and floor papers are not original to the house but have been tastefully replaced. The house also features side windows, outdoor steps and has been electrified. The roof has been repainted maroon and has two chimneys. SIZE: 38″ t x 31″ w x 19″ d. PROVENANCE: From the Estate of Geraldine Gaba, Scottsdale, AZ. CONDITION: Good.
