COLT MODEL 1862 POLICE REVOLVER. Cal. .36. SN 12980, matching except wedge which is marked 4977. 4-3/4″ rnd bbl. Cylinder and cylinder pin have no readable numbers. The front sight is a copper replacement. CONDITION: Rust brown patina with light pitting overall and considerable battering on the cylinder. The grips are worn at the base but retain about 60% of the original varnish. The action is good. 4-52375 FS362 (500-1,000)
