BEAUTIFUL COLT POCKET NAVY PERCUSSION REVOLER. Cal. 36. SN 10277. Blue & case colored with 5-1/2″ oct bbl, brass cone front sight, 5-shot rebated cylinder with stagecoach holdup scene. The frame has “Colt’s Patent” on the left side and it has a silver plated grip frame with 1-piece walnut grips. CONDITION: Extremely fine plus, all matching except the rammer handle which is properly unnumberd. The bbl retains 96-98% original glossy bright blue with scattered light spots of surface etching. The rammer pivot retains strong case colors, bright in the sheltered areas. The cylinder retains 96-97% strong original blue, slightly thinned on the rebated area turning plum on the high area and it retains 98-99% stagecoach holdup scene. The frame & hammer retain virtually all of their original bright case colors, turning dark on the recoil shields and top edge of the hammer. The grip frame retains about 85% original silver plating, the grips are sound with light nicks & scratches and retains 96-98% original varnish.
