Unique Blaser system barrels have full length rib with raised matted portions at breech and for mounting of rear and front sights. Windage adjustable rear sight has broad white line under U-notch. Large gold bead front is pinned into rib. Breech portion of bbl is stamped “S 2 D B Blaser Germany” and with caliber and SN. Bottoms of bbls have German nitro proofs. Gray tone action with Blaser locking block push forward safety and cocking system has shaded open scroll engraving at about 30% coverage, with bottom marked “Blaser”. Nicely marbled and slightly stump figured European walnut full pistol grip buttstock measures 14-3/4″ over black “Universal” pad and features cheekpiece for right hand shooter, palm swell grip, ebonite grip cap with inset metal oval showing portrait of lion in relief, skip line point pattern checkering, and sling eye on toe line. Long semi-beavertail forend has large ebonite tip with Blaser system release. Drop at heel: Approx 2-1/2″, drop at comb: Approx 1-1/2″. Weight: 10 lbs. 12 oz, LOP 14-3/4″. High quality Blaser system aluminum case with velcro closed “Cordura” outer cover is lined in dark green velvet with space for this rifle and two additional bbls. Included are two Blaser marked gun socks and a keyed trigger lock. CONDITION: Essentially as new, with only a few minor marks on any and all surfaces, from carrying and use. Rifle has been fired.
