ROBERT GEISSMAN (American, 1909-1976) CENTENNIAL TRIBUTE. Watercolor illustration of a tabletop bronze replica of the Liberty Bell set against a Colonial US Flag. Unsigned. Housed in a white frame with white, red and blue mattes. NOTE: Accompanying the watercolor is a letter from Reader’s Digest indicating that the illustration was not used as one of the Reader’s Digest covers but that Robert Geissman was the artist for two other covers, May 1960 and July 1975.
