WINCHESTER MODEL 1886 LIGHTWEIGHT TAKEDOWN RIFLE. Cal. 33 WCF. SN 109473. Standard grade rifle, 24” tapered rnd bbl, pedestal front sight, slot blank in the rear dovetail and the receiver mounted with a Redfield sight. It has a 2/3 magazine, uncheckered wood with straight stock & crescent steel buttplate. CONDITION: Good. Retains 50-60% of an old reblue over sanding marks & light pitting. Lever & hammer are blued. Front sight is a replacement. Wood is sound with nicks & dings and retains most of an old refinish. Strong bright bore, frosted in the grooves. 4-51568 JR765 (800-1,200)
