STYLE OF SEVERIN ROESEN (American, 1815-1872) BOUNTY OF FRUIT. Oil on canvas still life scene shows several varieties of fruit including a partially peeled lemon, grapes, raspberries, peaches, a slice of lime which drips down the side of the table, and an open pomegranate. The tabletop scene is accented with a blue & white bowl and half filled wine glass. Housed in a modern gilt gesso decorated frame. SIZE: 27-3/4″ x 19-1/2″. CONDITION: Very good, relined with some inpainting. 9-24426 (2,000-4,000)
