LOT OF TWO DBL BBL SHOTGUNS. (1) W. Richards Damascus dbl. Cal. 14 ga. NSN. Belgian made dbl named to deceive buyers thinking they were buying the famous Westley Richards. It has 30″ bbls with smooth concave rib, single bead, marked “LAMINATED STEEL”. It has rounded action with side lever and back action locks, lightly decorated with the maker’s name on each side. Straight grain walnut stock with checkered splinter forearm and straight grip with an old Jostam pad. The stock has four wood inlays near the lockplates, apparently covering an old repaired shattered wrist. CONDITION: Good. Bbls retain most of their fine, brown Damascus pattern with a few spots of rust. Receiver is a gray metal color and the lockplates have been refinished. Stock has a few grain checks & the wood retains most of an old refinish. Good mechanics, strong bright bores. (2) W. Parker Dbl Bbl Percussion Shotgun. Cal. 10 ga. NSN. Belgian made dbl with 30″ bbls, concave smooth rib marked “LONDON FINE TWIST”. It is mounted in a 1-pc walnut stock with front action locks, long top & bottom tangs with a smooth steel buttplate. CONDITION: Fair. No orig finish remains. Bbls being a crusty dark brown patina. Locks have a silver/brown patina. Stock is very worn with hairlines back of the lockplates, a nailed repair on the left side and a crack on each side in front of the lockplates. Dark oil patina, good mechanics.
