A red cart with the word “VICTOR” stenciled on either side has blue interior, yellow spoke wheels, and is being pulled by a black enameled horse with yellow trappings. Horse’s feet move when the wheels turn in a very realistic manner. This toy is charmingly whimsical and could hold appeal for boys and girls alike. SIZE: 9 1/2”.
