ROGER WILLIAM ELLENBERGER (American, Late 20th Century) TWO WORKS. 1) “Blueberries & Cream”. Watercolor still life scene shows an early American stoneware crock full of blueberries with a sprigware handled teacup also filled with blueberries and a similar creamer beside. All on a tabletop against a brown background. Signed “Roger W Ellenberger” and dated “1987”. Housed in a gilt molded wood frame with double matte. 2) “Blue Decorated Stoneware & Blueberries”. Watercolor scene shows a similar scene with just the crock and blueberries. Signed along the left side and dated “1987”. Housed in a gilt modern frame with double white matte. SIZE: Sight: 1) 11-1/2″ x 17-1/2″. 2) 5″ x 3-1/2″. PROVENANCE: Collection of Elwyn Dearborn, Medford, NJ; Portland, ME. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 9-96072 (400-600)
