LARGE SIMON-HALBIG “LITTLE WOMEN” DOLL. Larger than normally found glass eyed shoulder doll, she is incised “S&H 1160-2/0”. She has a solid dome head with closed mouth and is on her original cotton stuffed body with bisque forearms. She is extremely well costumed in a vertical striped silk dress with black taffeta cape and antique black leather shoes. Light brown mohair wig is original and is pulled back into four long curls at the neck. SIZE: 11-1/2″ (29cm). CONDITION: Overall very good with two finger tips repaired on right hand. 1-8379 RS (400-600)
