14″, (36 CM), SCHOENHUT WITH RARE COMPOSITION HEAD. These slightly later dolls with the molded composition heads are very hard to find, and have well-defined sculpting of curly hair. Although unmarked, it is without a doubt from the Schoenhut firm. She has been appropriately dressed in a two-piece outfit consisting of a short dress with matching short pants underneath, and newer shoes and socks. CONDITION: Typical lifting of composition in places, mainly on the hair, crazing on the face and nose, and minor touch-up of the paint on the arms and lower legs. 1-7518 RS (1,150-1,350)
