GALLE FRENCH CAMEO VASE. Very pretty form begins with a flared lip descending towards a slender neck and bulbous bottom with a pedestal foot. This form of vase is commonly referred to as the “Marilyn Monroe” shape. The upper section is a beautiful peach hue which flows into a white mottled ground ending in a deeper peach color with green pedestal foot. The decoration is in various shades of green with white highlights and depicts seed pods with foliage. This vase is signed “Galle” in cameo. SIZE: 13″ t.
