*WINCHESTER MODEL 1895 SADDLE RING CARBINE. Cal 30 Army (30-40). SN 94359. Standard grade carbine with 22” bbl, pedestal front sight and 1800yd ladder rear sight. Uncheckered wood with grasping groove forearm and handguard with bbl band and straight stock with trap that contains a brass and string w/brush pull-thru. Receiver has a stud and ring in the left side. CONDITION: Bbl and receiver retain 94-96% strong bright original blue with fine light sharp edge wear and a small scrape on the receiver ring with a spot of flaking on the right side of receiver and a scrape and thin edges on the top rear. Lever is mostly a smooth medium brown patina. Wood is exceptionally fine with sharp edges and retains most of its bright original finish with a series of small nicks on the left side and small bruises on the right side of the heel.
