*WINCHESTER MODEL 1895 LEVER ACTION TAKE DOWN RIFLE. Cal. 35 WCF. SN 418098. Standard grade rifle with 24” tapered rnd bbl, standard pedestal front sight with flat top rear sight, uncheckered wood with black insert schnable tip forearm, straight stock and crescent steel buttplate. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Bbl retains virtually all its original bright factory blue. Receiver & take down ring retain most of their blue with some minor flaking leaving about 96-97% strong bright original factory blue. Wood, with fine straight grain, retains virtually all of its bright original factory varnish with a couple of small bruises on the forearm and a very minor handling mark or two elsewhere.
