TIFFANY STUDIOS DRAGONFLY TABLE LAMP. Very handsome multicolored glass wings with green and orange striated bodies with red jeweled eyes decorate this fully leaded shade. The seven dragonflies are pointed downwards with overlapping wings. Further enhancing the shade are three geometric bands of glass in a complementary green hue. The shade is finished with large green cabochon jewels. All of this on an ethereal green heavily mottled glass ground. Shade is supported by a decorated bronze base that carries an outrageous patina finish reminiscent of old leather. It has heavy mottling in colors of green, brown and red. The inverted saucer foot rests upon five ball feet and is complete with a three socket cluster, riser, wheel and pierced top cap. Shade is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 1495”. Base is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 394”. SIZE: Shade is 20″ dia. Lamp is 24″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with very few if any tight hairlines.
