Identically housed in period gesso decorated gilt frames with gold liners. 1) Watercolor view looking down a building lined street toward a huge cathedral under blue & white cloud sky. The street has several merchants selling their wares with customers. Signed lower right. 2) Watercolor scene shows a city square with large building and having a clock tower looking down on a market area with merchants and customers. On reverse is an original cutout having title “Market Chezzia”. Signed lower right. SIZE: Sight: 1) 12-1/2″ x 8-1/2″. 2) 13-1/2″ x 9-3/4″. CONDITION: Very good. 9-24735 (2,000-4,000)
