LOUIS ICART (French, 1888-1950) SONGBIRDS. Oval print shows young lady in blue striped dress with black top standing next to open bird cage. Forty colorful small birds have escaped and fly around her. Housed in a simple modern wood frame with white matte having oval window. SIZE: 16” x 13”. CONDITION: Examined out of frame. Piece has been cropped close to edge. Only the top remnants of his pencil signature can be seen on the lower right corner. Some toning. 9-99793 (700-900)
