HANDEL SUNSET PINE DESK LAMP. Wonderful Handel desk lamp has six sided bent panel shade with beautiful sunset glass with striated colors of red, green, yellow and orange. Glass is overlaid with metal pattern of pine forest. Shade is unsigned. Lamp is completed with an adjustable bronze base with round vertically ribbed foot and a bent arm with adjustment screw near the foot and at the socket. Base is finished in a rich brown patina. Signed with a cloth tag Handel. SIZE: Shade is 7-1/4″ dia. Lamp is 17-1/2″ t at the tallest. PROVENANCE: From a private Virginia collection. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some minor blistering to foot of base, common with Handel lamps. 5-60344 (2,500-3,500)
