WRAY PHYSIOC (Early 20th Century) MID EAST STARLIT NIGHT SCENE. This beautiful small watercolor/gouache depicts numerous white-robed Mid-East figures, one with a donkey and a limestone building in the background. This evening scene, with twinkling stars above, nicely done with strong shades of blue. Signed in lower left, also marked on the frame “ROMAN TIMES??” and in a gold gesso deco frame. SIGHT SIZE: 7-1/4” x 5-3/4”. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 9-99785 (950-1,150)
