Silver topped 14k yellow gold brooch centered with a 1.15 ct (Old European cut SI-1, G-H) diamond accented with 2.0 cts (fifty-six Old European full and rose cut SI-1, G-H) of diamond melees with a safety chain having a gross weight of approximately 5.9 dwt.
