*BROWNING FN C-1 GRADE SUPERPOSED SHOTGUN. SN 893RP7536. Cal. 12 ga. 30″ bbls, Broadway vent rib, dual white sighting beads, 2-3/4″ chambers, Full/Full choke, checkered sgl selective trigger and ejectors. The C-1 grade receiver is engraved with bouquets of flowers on each side and bottom surrounded by fine foliate arabesque scroll. Mounted with nicely figured walnut, checkered flat knob pistol grip, side panels with fluted drop points, Pachmayr vented recoil pad and checkered fluted beavertail forend. Bore diameter: top – .722, bottom – .724. Bore restrictions: top – .030, bottom – .033. Wall thickness: top – .043, bottom – .041. Drop at heel: 1-11/16″, drop at comb: 1-7/16″. Weight: 7 lbs. 13 oz. LOP 14-1/4″. Accompanied by Browning Hartmann luggage case. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbls retain 98-99% orig blue with just a couple minor handling marks and faint rub line from forend. Receiver is crisp, clean and bright. Stock is sound with sharp checkering, fine orig oil finish with a couple handling marks and two tiny depressions on left side. Forend is sound with sharp checkering, fine orig oil finish with just a couple tiny handling marks. Mechanics are crisp, mechanical trigger, non-automatic safety, strong ejectors and bright shiny bores as gun has seen little to no use. Case is solid with some minor scuffing, four tiny holes in lid that held a plaque and minor discoloring to interior. 4-40236 BDT18 (4,250-5,250)
