*STRIKING PERAZZI MX8 SC3 WITH CASE. SN 124971. Cal. 12 ga. 29/1-2″ bbls with flat matted tapered sporting vent rib, dual silver sighting beads, vented center ribs, 2-3/4″ chambers, competition Briley S26 series screw in chokes, ejectors and sgl trigger. Left side flat is marked “PERAZZI BRESCIA MADE IN ITALY”, both flats and breech end are engraved with decorative scroll. Lower left side of top bbl is marked “CAM.70 & 18.5”, bottom bbl is also marked “18.5”, very bottom of bbl is stamped “12-70”, bottom flat is stamped “BSA NY/MILLBROOK”, with BS date code 2002. The MX8 action water table, right flat stamped with SN and left “SC3” is engraved with floral and foliate arabesque scrolls on both sides and across top, bottom with wooded scene of woodcock in flight and matching foliate arabesque scrolls. Right side of removable trigger is signed “BADILLINI”. Mounted with nicely figured streaky walnut, checkered fleur-de-lis pistol grip with ribbons, 3/8″ leather covered recoil pad, fleur-de-lis checkered with ribbon, slender forend. Bore diameter: top -.729, bottom -.729. Bore restrictions: top -Briley, bottom -Briley. Wall thickness: top -.035, bottom -.038. Drop at heel: 2-1/8″, drop at comb: 1-3/8″. Weight: 7lbs. 14oz. LOP 15-5/8″. Gun is accompanied with a gray Perazzi hard case, stock tool, and manual. Only two extended choke tube accompany gun, IMP.CYL/SKEET. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Bbls retain virtually all of their fine orig blue with a couple minor handling marks. The SC3 receiver is clear bright and sharp. Stock is sound, has right side palm swell, a couple minor handling marks, sharp checkering and retains virtually all of its orig finish. Forend is sound with sharp checkering, a few minor handling marks and retains virtually all of its orig finish. Mechanics are crisp with non-auto safety, strong ejectors and bright shiny new bores as gun appears to have seen very little use. Case is in fine condition with some minor scuffing to exterior. 4-39939 BDT118 (10,000-15,000)
