*PARKER GHE GRADE DBL BBL SHOTGUN. Cal. 28 ga. SN 239369. Built on a “OO” frame with 26″ bbls choked MOD/IMP-CYL with matted concave rib and dbl ivory beads with doll’s head extension, ejectors and a Miller single selective trigger. The receiver has engraved vignettes of two flying geese on the left side, a flying and standing quail on the right side and a flying and standing pheasant on the bottom. Surrounded with light patterns of foliate arabesque engraving. The engraving extends up over the fences and opening lever. The Parker name is on the bottom front of the receiver. It has very nicely figured flame grain American walnut wood with checkered beavertail forearm and capped semi-pistol grip stock, 14-3/8″ over a checkered butt. Bore restrictions: left – .014, right – .008. Drop at the heel 2-3/4″, drop at the comb 1-9/16″. Weight: 5 lb 15.5 oz. CONDITION: Very fine. Retains about all of a fine Del Greco style restored finish to both metal & wood. Bbls have slight muzzle wear and there are one or two miniscule nicks in the wood.
