Oil on canvasboard winter scene shows Union Square in NYC with three figures braced against the snow with a equestrian statue of George Washington at the center. Tall buildings, including the Empire State Building, can be seen beyond the snow and a tall flagpole with American flag. Signed bottom right. Housed in a Newcomb Macklin gilt carved wood frame with linen and gilt edge liner having a gilt wood title and artist plaque. SIZE: Sight: 15-1/4″ x 11-1/4″.
