GEORGENE AVERILL RAGGEDY ANN & ANDY AND SCHOENHUT CLOTHESPIN DOLLS. Mid 1930-1940s pair of Raggedy Ann and Andy in original clothing with shoe button eyes and painted facial features. Both stamped with the heart and “I Love You” on chest and both dolls retaining cloth tag from Georgene Novelties. Second grouping of dolls was produced by Schoenhut, the Pinn family: Ty, Clo, Hattie & Harry. First introduced in the 1930s by the Schoenhut firm and then later produced by Emily Myers into the 1940s. SIZE: Raggedy Ann & Andy: 19″ t. Pinn Family: 12″-13″ t. CONDITION: Raggedy Ann & Andy: overall very good with some light soiling and wear to facial features. Pinn Family: fine all original condition.
