*WINCHESTER MODEL 23 PIGEON GRADE DBL BBL SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 ga. SN PWK000206. Fine dbl with 26” vent rib bbls, dbl ivory beads, marked “PIGEON GRADE” on the rib, choked MOD/IMP CYL. It has ejectors and single selective trigger and 3” chamber. The wood is straight grain walnut with checkered beavertail forearm, round knob pistol grip stock, 14” over a serrated black composition buttplate. The receiver, trigger guard and forend iron are all coin finished. Accompanied by its original yellow felt lined yellow leatherette trunk case. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Has been fired, but retains virtually all of its original factory finish to both metal & wood, with a few minor handling & storage nicks on the stock. Brilliant shiny bores.
