“1876 CENTENNIAL” ENGRAVING. This Centennial engraving telling the remembrance of the 100th Anniversary of the Independence of the United States has the focal point of the figure Liberty seated. Surrounding her are oval escutcheons with the busts of all the various Presidents to date up to Ulysses S. Grant. Panoramic views in the background. On the top background depicting the exhibition grounds itself with various buildings. The lower portion depicting a Revolutionary War scene. Published by George Stinson & Co., Portland, ME.
