*WINCHESTER MODEL 101 DIAMOND GRADE FOUR BBL SKEET SET. Cal. 12 ga., 20 ga., 28 ga., & 410. SN DG535488E. Fine skeet set with 27-1/2” vent rib bbls, with dbl ivory beads, one forearm, highly figured pistol grip stock, 14-1/4” over an original thin brown rubber pad. It has a nicely engraved coin finish receiver with the typical diamond patterns on each side with the bottom marked “Diamond Grade” in a diamond and the Winchester logo on the floor plate. It has gold plated single selective trigger and ejectors. It is accompanied by its original canvas & leather corduroy lined case. Also accompanies is its original cardboard shipping sleeve. CONDITION: Very fine. Bbls retain most of their bright original finish and beautiful jewelling on the lugs & breech faces. Receiver and forend iron retain most of their bright original coin finish. It appears that at some time the case may have been damp when the gun was put away and contact between the wood and corduroy lining has etched the corduroy pattern into the finish on the stock & forearm. Overall, however, the wood is sound and retains most of its original bright finish with the etched patterns. Case is fine. 4-51317 JR915 (2,500-5,000)
