CARVED IVORY CANE OF TWO DOGS IN A BASKET. Elephant ivory carved handle has a pair of glass eyed boxer type dogs seated side by side in a hanging basket looking in opposite directions. Carving is very good. 3/4” silver collar. Shaft is lignum vitae with a 1-1/4” nickel and iron ferrule. Probably Continental, Circa 1890. SIZE: 38-1/4” overall. 3” handle. CONDITION: Very good. 9-28176 (1000-1500)
