Venard”, lower right Identified on Kodner Gallery label on verso Claude was a well known and aggressively collected French Mid-20th Century post-Cubist artist. His international reputation was promoted by numerous solo exhibitions in New York, Paris, London, Geneva, Tokyo & Buenos Aires. Included in both public and private collection, Venard’s paintings can be seen in London’s Tate Gallery and the Metropolitan Museum in New York among others SIZE: 20″ x 26″. Overall: 29″ x 35″.
