*BROWNING DIANA GRADE BROADWAY TRAP GUN. SN 21398S4. Cal. 12 ga. 32″ bbls with vented Broadway rib, dual white sighting beads, 2-3/4″ chambers, FULL/IMP MOD chokes, sgl selective trigger and ejectors. Left side of bbl marked “BROWNING ARMS COMPANY” and right side “12 GA – SHELLS 2-3/4″ – MADE IN BELGIUM – BROWNING PATENT”. Receiver is engraved in typical Diana style with pheasants with shaded background in forested scene on left side, ducks with shaded background in marshy scene on right, quail in flight with shaded background on bottom, balance of receiver with bold leafy scroll, long tang trigger guard with signature rabbits on bow and receiver signed on both sides “A MARECHAL”. Mounted with nicely figured walnut, checkered flat knob pistol grip and brown vented Pachmayr recoil pad with two 1/4″ black spacers. Fluted checkered beavertail target forend. Bore diameter: top – .724, bottom – .724. Bore restrictions: top – .025, bottom – .017. Wall thickness: top – .032, bottom – .036. Drop at heel: 1-3/4″, drop at comb: 1-3/8″. Weight: 8 lbs. 6 oz. LOP 14-1/2″. CONDITION: Very good plus. Bbl retains 95% orig blue with a few minor nicks and scratches, some minor nicks on sharp edge of rib and usual rub mark from forend. Receiver is cleaned and retains its fine gray finish. Trigger retains 75% gold with some minor flaking and wear on right side. Stock is sound with some minor finish cracking on right side near receiver, slightly worn checkering and some typical nicks and bruising to orig finish. Forend is sound with slightly worn checkering and a few minor nicks and bruises to orig finish. Forend screw and trigger guard screws show minor widening of slots. Mechanics are crisp with non-automatic safety, strong ejectors and nice shiny bores. 4-40481 BDT5 (5,000-7,000)
